Battle for iPhone Glove supremacy: Getting to your touchscreen in winter chill

Freehands Stretch

It is all nice and wonderful that you have the attractive new touchscreen enabled iPhone, but when it comes to using it in the winter chill, which glove set allow you the ease and the comfort to let your fingers dance on the screen? The contenders in the battle are the Freehands Stretch ($21), the North Face E-Tip ($40) and Tavo ($30).

Freehands tops off in responsiveness as it allows the actual finger tips to touch the screen, but its cheap build and very tacky look put you off completely. Tavo looks more like your winter wear, but the problem is that even its usability is just like normal winter wear. Very poor responsiveness and hard to use finger tips make it a no-no for the iPhone. That leaves us with the winner North Face E-Tip which has a decent 85% responsiveness and looks techie enough to go with the iPhone. Since there is plenty of time for next winter, you now know what to gear up with… So get going guys! [via Gizmodo]
